“Q: How did you come to the field of the history of science?
A: My inspiration for this particular topic dates, in an odd way, all the way back to when I was a teenager. I remember being about fifteen or sixteen, and I had an opportunity to intern with a photographer, Rosamond Purcell…. working on combining the history of science … with the visual representation of artifacts of the history of science.”
